I loved my stay! The staff sent it over the top they were so great every single person. Vallet, front desk, dining, cleaning. They had an area of commonly forgotten toiletries, which i appreciated since we forgot toothbrushes and tooth paste. They had games and books for borrow in the same area. Lots of pl e to lounge and hang out. The beach and views are perfect! I got stung by a jelly fish and they gave me vinegar from the kitchen which was a huuuge help. Every time I needed help someone was there and willing. Just such nice people. Food was tasty. If you want to have the conventional breakfast you have to be there form 8-9 or you won’t have much to choose from but you can always order food.

I came here with my husband nd we enjoyed our stay, it was reasonably priced, the locations was great since it was right on the beach. The food at the restaurant was really good but it seemed like overall the facility was understaffed as it took quite a bit of time to receive any food you would order and the complimentary breakfast was very very minimal so that was a bit disappointing but overall it was a pretty good stay!

I read all the other reviews and was not surprised by anything at the hotel. Location was convenient and quiet. It was really nice to relax. Rooms were a bit small, but well updated and had everything we needed. I loved that they stocked the lobby with essentials that you could just grab as needed. The private beach was so nice to have. Made me fall in love with Hillsboro Mile!

Stay here before and it was wonderful. Since it came under new management, it’s so dirty and run down. Each suit has a fridge, sink and coffee maker but they don’t give you anything to use them. If you ask for cups or glass they say they will look into it and never respond. Also if you anything the staff has an area that’s called self service. You have to go to this area to get extra towels, toilet paper, soap, coffee and everything. And if that area is out of something the staff could care less. Also all towels and trash you have to put in the hall way till staff will pick it up. But because they are unstaffed it sits out there smelling till someone picks it up.
