"As advertised, the staff is exemplary! All you need to do is ask and a member of the staff will fulfill your request quickly. We had a problem with our TV and they replaced the entire TV in about 15 minutes. The staff has a sense of pride when it comes to making sure everything works at Mauna Kea and that all of your needs are met!
Our room was meticulously cleaned daily and again, you can ask housekeeping for anything and they will respond to the request promptly.
You won't find a better beach than the one at Mauna Kea Beach. It's an all sand beach as far as you can walk out into the ocean.
I highly recommend the Mauna Kea Beach hotel and will return there in the future. "

Glad we got breakfast buffet included, w excellent variety of food, quality & service. Wish we knew ahead of time to pre-book the complimentary outrigger canoe trip - will do next time!"
