We got kicked out of our room because the manager that we talked the night before forgot to leave a message to the morning manager about late check out! We also got charged extra 35 dollars!! The toilet was also not stable to sit in, we told the manager but nothing was done

Thank you for giving feedback regarding your stay. We are sorry that there was a confusion regarding your requested late check out. We are sorry that you felt you were "kicked out." It is my understanding that after normal check out time, the front desk agent checked with you as to late check out and you said you were not ready to leave yet. A late check out fee was charged. When you spoke with the manager, she reversed the late check out fee that was charged immediately, apologized for the miscommunication and further asked if you needed more time which you declined. At that time, you did not say anything about the toilet, but we appreciate you letting us know as we will make sure that is looked into.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. The lotion and soaps in bathroom were very nice. Front desk lady was down to earth and personable.

Not what I’m used to and for the price very unsatisfied. Room was dirty. Had to go down to front desk because the phones didn’t work. Manager was nice, she came up with a broom to clean as best she could but it was still dirty. I did not feel comfortable staying there at all. The fruit they had out, the bananas expired like 4 days ago. Breakfast was a joke.

Nice place.Room was clean and well equipped, but surprisingly the floor needed mopping!!

Having stayed in other hotels in the area, this hotel was wonderful. Staff great, coffee and tea available with seating area to being in food and eat. Will go back soon.
