Bathtub didn’t drain at all so we stood in 6 inches of water during a shower. The bed had a huge sunken area on one side, making it very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very sparse not many options at all and they were out of some items by the time we got there at 8 AM.

The property and staff are excellent. The staff especially were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

This property is fine if you're looking to stay a night or two. Generally clean, service and breakfast was good, nothing special. I've stayed a few times and have not had a problem. Nicer, more expensive options out there.

I have stayed at this location twice now. The staff are exceptional! They are always friendly and super helpful. The facility itself is older and has been remodeled/updated, but it is always clean. The location is convenient to most activities around Hickory and convenient to the highway for additional travel.
