Overcrowded!
Posted 20 Sep 2023 on HotelsUnderstaffed and overcrowded! Long wait at check in. We were on top floor and every time spend 5+ min waiting for lifts that were packed - had to miss few times. Only 2 slow lifts - one was used/blocked by service staff as well as the guests. Half board "canteen" (not a restaurant!) had a lot of food but poor quality with long waiting/crowding at the buffets

Posted 6 Jan 2023 on HotelsThe hotel was completly renovated in 2021. All pictures are found in description are real.
Everything was clean, and staff daily asked for change.
The half-board assortment is very wide, both breakfast and supper.
The staff is very helpful.
There is a closed corridor to nearby indoor spa. Free bathrobe in room.
On-site parking-spots are limited and payable, but staff offered a nearby off-site location with free parking possibility.
During our stay there was live music in lobby, but nice, not disturbing.
