Nice clean and quiet

There were roaches in our room. We had to call to ask for towels each time. There was left over food in our fridge. There was never anyone at the check in/out area to talk to. There was a dead roach in the bathroom when we checked in and was still there when we left. No one ever cleaned the room. Area was pretty run down.

It was OK, someone was cooking something that had an unusual order and it lingered.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, TV, AC, Microwave, mini fridge, everything worked! I didn't like the free breakfast hours, the towels are old and faded, the hair dryer didn't work and the room smelled bad. I think this hotel needs some TLC. Despite all this I appreciate this hotel as it's the only one in Herington, Kansas

No usb phone charging ports. Plug ins don’t work. Picture hung above the bed has broken glass in the frame.
