This hotel is a dump, I spent 13 weeks there because of my job because it was the cheapest in the area and I was to lazy to negotiate a weekly rate with other hotels. Most of their money comes from people on welfare. In 13 weeks room not cleaned once, loud music all night long and hotel was in disrepair.

Worst Hotel Experience

We booked this hotel on short notice to get a few hours of sleep while driving from Washington DC to Atlanta GA. When we arrived to the hotel, the doors to the front lobby were locked, there was a handwritten sign on the door "sorry, we are fully booked" and no one was at the front desk, nor picking up the phone. When I requested a refund as we were clearly not provided with accommodation services, the hotel "chose to obide by their no-cancelation policy"!! I strongly discourage anyone from booking at this hotel!

SMH!

First they couldn’t find my reservation. Saying that hotels.com don’t tell them that they get reservations though them. Then they tell me they don’t have a room for us. The. They find one. One that is full of roaches. No towels dirty bath tub. Roaches in the fridge. Remote dosnt work for the tv. Cigarette burns in the sheet and the mattress. Loud people outside at all hours of the night being really loud. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel in my life.

i don’t even sleep in the room i sleep in my truck it had way too many roaches

Nasty shouldn’t be on the hotels app

The room had black mold, roaches, no pillows, no towels, the sheets and bathroom was dirty and the door was broke letting in cold air.

Nothing this place needs to be shut down i never checked in after 3 hours of waiting the worst i ever dealt with then i,m contacting my bank because i was charged but never got a room

Couldnt spend more than 5 minutes in the room. It was disgusting, wasnt clean, smoke alarm was missing with wires hanging out, the tv didnt have any cable, the remote had no batteries, curtains were duct taped closed, the door didnt even lock, couldnt find a light switch and had to trip over the bed to even find the lamp. Having to go through a 3 ring circus to get my money back.
