One of the best hotels ever. Their breakfast was out of the world and hotel staff was simply outstanding. My flight out reqd me to checkout at 5 am and the front desk had green smoothie and other “to go” items ready as I would not be able to have formal breakfast that starts at 7 am! That level of service is so rare these days.

I stayed at a room with private sauna which is highly recommended. Wonderful!

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
It has a very relaxed, laid back, warm atmosphere.
The whole hotel is spotless.
The staff are friendly, efficient and professional.
The Arctic Deluxe Spa Room was just great. The sauna and the whole bathroom is excellent.
The area is very convenient for sights, shops, ferries and walking.
The restaurant Kulta in the hotel was very warm, spacious and of course the food was delicious.
Generally what you feel is that the whole design concept of everything has been thought through and nothing is out of place … go and stay there!

Helsinki Hotel

We were unexpectedly upgraded to a huge room with a spa (including sauna) which was amazing. The breakfast was magnificent - healthy selection and we loved the Lapand honey! The staff were excellent - very helpful when we had a medical problem. We would heartily recommend this hotel, and hope to return.
