Super Accommodations!
Posted 1 Nov 2019 on HotelsWalking distance from grocer, rail to downtown, and underground parking made the location VERY convenient. The place was sparkling clean with many amenities and conveniences, including coffee maker with coffee. We had a great stay! The only thing we missed out on was the sauna, because it wasn't heated on the nights we were there.

Bad air, super hot inside
Posted 30 Jul 2019 on HotelsWe arrived there at 10 pm and used the code sent to my email to open the key box. No keys inside. Had to call service number and listened to the waiting music for 10 mins until someone picked up. Luckily the problem got solved.
The air inside the apartment is unbelivably bad. We requested to get windows open, but they only provided a small fan. Temperature was above 30 when we stayed.

Thanks for the feedback. We apologize for the missing keys - we are only human and sometimes mistakes happen. I am glad our customer service helped you with the situation and you got inside. Unfortunately the windows can't be opened due to safety issues so we have coolers/fans provided. As we are a self service concept, our apartments are normal Finnish apartments without a hotel air conditioning. We do appreciate the feedback and work everyday to improve our ways.

The property was not ready when we arrived and had not been cleaned nor had the beds been made. We alerted management and they quickly came up and rectified the situation. However there was no real air-conditioning in the unit and it was quite hot and we were unable to open the windows which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. There’s little to do in the local area and you’ll have to take a close by train into Helsinki or other areas to find reasonable food, entertainment and sightseeing.

Thanks for your feedback. Apologies for the lack of cleaning, I am happy to hear the situation was fixed quickly though. Unfortunately the windows can't be opened due to safety issues so we have coolers in every apartment to make the air more comfortable. Near our apartments is a big shopping center called Kaari, in which you can find restaurants, shopping etc.
