This hotel is convenient for a layover stay at the airport. Small but clean rooms. I would book again if needing a layover again in the Helsinki airport

Currently the only hotel in the airport itself, so extremely convenient, especially for those eith early morning flights. A few needed improvements -- some breakfast offerings, free coffee.

Adequate at best, expect to do everything yourself - all you booking details and passport details into an iPad and make your own room key. Room had mould and some of the (many) lights not working, only one bedside table in a double room.

The GLO Hotel Helsinki booked the room in the wrong month, then would not reimburse me after the mistake was brought to thier attention. Hotel management stated that it is hotel policy not to refund as soon as a booking has been made. So I ended up paying for a room a month after I had left Finland. The hotels costumer service policy needs a bit of work. So I will never book or recommend this hotel again.

You have made the booking through online travel agency and when you have made the booking, you have accepted their reservation policy. As the booking is not made through us directly, our hands are sealed and we can't make any changes to the booking. Therefore you were recommended to be in contact with the online travel agency to make the date change but unfortunately free cancellation period was closed already. For future bookings, we recommend to make a reservation directly through us and we have more freedom to make changes. We hope to see you at GLO Hotel Airport some other day!

This hotel is literally located a step away from arrival lobby of the airport. If you are looking for a hotel in the airport, not in the city, you have reasons for that. Just think about it and go for it. You save your time, energy, money, just everything. Besides, 600 bus is just right there, trains going to Helsinki is right there too.
