Communication is not good, needed to contact them multiple times for entry code, storage facilities, and potential extension of stay. Washer does not have a dryer, although there are dryers in the building and a sauna which was never communicated.

Nice apartments, clean and tidy with good kitchen facilities. Ideally placed for travelling into central Helsinki.
The only minus was the lack of towels on arrival - rectified the following day by the housekeeper.

Misleading Info presented, Poor Customer Support

Pros:
Easy check-in
Convenient Location
Close to Public Transport

Incorrect Description of Room
Convertible couch provided not Double Bed
Would be very hard for a tall person to sleep on it. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.
I made a booking for a couple with a Double Bed requirement. They provided is a convertible couch (photos attached). I wrote back to them as there was no customer support available on Sunday. Hotels.com tried to contact them and they said they contacted me directly and I never heard back from them.
Would not stay with them again.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to at least 4 supermarkets, shopping centre, railway station. etc. It is very cosy and tidy. We will definitely stay there again.
