"At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. "No service, no information, we went to get breakfast 9:15 but apparently breakfast ended at 9am we were not informed of this. We took the free bottles of water from the room, and they tried to charge us for them, because they were cold(we put them in the fridge) There was a hole in the bathroom door.
