Self check in worked as reception wasn't available on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Was scary at first as i had never dealt with this, i thought i needed an app called TheBird. Turns out i didn't, a screen in the vestibule enabled creation of a magnetic room key as long as you had your reservation # from hotel email confirmation (not expedia #, the hotel #). Staff was very friendly when i net them the next day and at check out. It all worked flawless, once i figured out the self check in process.

Great stay
Posted 10 Oct 2022 on HotelsFABULOUS hotel. It’s very new so all facilities are fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a supermarket literally next door. Viewing their local castle is a
must. Very comfortable rooms. Walking distance to the local Rewe Center.
Lovely breakfast. I will be back!

Posted 9 Oct 2022 on HotelsFantastic new Hotel. The rooms are spotless, new and clean. My room had a door opening up to the outside so it was really nice to be able to step outside from my room. Staff were super super helpful and nice. Taxi drivers were lovely. The local castle is a must see! Breakfast was AMAZING! But get there earlier rather than later as they don’t seem to re stock items.
I will bring a group of people here and stay when I rerun. Walking distance to Rewe shopping .And it’s a big one. Nice place to stay.

clean and comfortable room/bed, efficient reception process, nice breakfast buffet, close to Autobahn und Stadtzentrum. unfortunately kein dinner.

Posted 19 Nov 2021 on HotelsEverything was nice. Breakfast was great! Location is good. Nearby there is a nice park. There was no one at reception when I reached. there was no picking the call. Finally managed to find my way to do digital check in with the instructions outside. But it would have been great if they would have informed me. So unsure about the parking .

This is a very new hotel in Heidenheim - a town where I have stayed in many hotels. This is the best one in my view. The staff are super helpful and the hotel is really modern, clean and well-equipped - air-con in the rooms, balconies with view to the Schloss, TV you can cast to from your own device, excellent bathroom facilities, great breakfast and cool trendy vibe.
