Comfortable stay with nice architecture
Posted 18 Aug 2019 on HotelsOn arrival we were greeted professionally by the owner and she introduced the room to us in a pleasant manner. The building and architecture was amazing and we loved it. The atmosphere and the ambience of the hotel was wonderful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious, the decor was cozy and comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely will stay again if we come back to Heidelberg.

The staff were excellent and helped us sort out a booking mix-up that was the result of a third party error. They had great suggestions and were so pleasant and easy to work with!

This is a beautiful property - very large and comfortable. It’s set up as an apartment so there’s no full time front desk. You will need to let them know when you are arriving, and if you will be delayed, but they were very accommodating for us, as we were delayed in arriving. Near the old city, and the train station, but it’s a bit of a walk. Great place to stay.
