In general, this is a lovely hotel. Room was spotless and everything was fine. The main issue, is that there is no air con - there was a decent fan in the room, which worked well, but it was still 28C in the room and as the hotel is close to a busy road, having the window open is difficult.
Other than that, it was very good value for money compared to some we stayed in on the same holiday.

The hotel was completely unstaffed, but they had a keycard safe system that worked very well. The room was very clean and peaceful, and the area is very pleasant. However, there were no facilities for hot drinks.

Perfect for the fest

There was no one at the property to greet us. The email sent was entirely in German. No indication of where to park, breakfast, or how to get a key. I would never recommend this pace to anyone. If not for a neighboring hotel helping to translate the email, we would have spent the night on the street. Non staffed reception does not work in a university town. Get this property off your site!!@

Für einen Städtetrip ist diese Unterkunft sehr schön. Leider wurde kein Zimmerservice durchgeführt obwohl diese Leistung inclusive war. Die Mitarbeiter reagierten auf meine Reklamation freundlich und sehr profesionell und boten uns ein kostenloses Frühstück an.
