The place is old. Room is quite small. It's in a convenient location for travelling.

No hot water in the shower no water at all in the toilet, dirty floors but apart from that it’s great

Too much traffic from the druggies who walk the streets of Heerlen. Our bathroom had fisher bugs and the ladies on the morning shift were not friendly.

The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but new and clean. My only complaint: there were not enough electrical outlets to charge our phones and no outlets at the desk for a laptop. The staff was amazing and breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel in the old city center

Nice hotel in the old city center. Staff was nice and friendly. You can park your car in a public garage just around the corner. Quite some bars and restaurants around the hotel, but be aware that they are closed on Mondays.
