Very big and clean room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and the front desk was already with our room assignment.
The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and quiet.
We did find that our room had an old smoke smell and a dirty towel hung behind the bathroom door. The staff was very apologetic when we checked out.

Room was very clean and suite was laid out nicely. Best rooms are in the back of the building where there was alway parking.

Iam very upset and holiday inn said they can’t refund me that I have to reach out to the 3rd party. They were going to but couldn’t because it was a 3rd party. The rooms water was scolding hot no cold at all they were supose to fix it while we were at baseball. They didn’t, we got back at 10 they were in our room until after 11:45 by then the kids were asleep. The tv didn’t work. The water still didn’t work. So we were at baseball in the sun all day sweaty stinky HOT and couldn’t even shower. Who do I speak with at Expedia to help correct this issue. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I never complain but. Iam so unhappy,

We loved how soft the bed was. However the holes in the bathroom door and the shower fixture was broke . Bathroom condition was not good.
