It was so far from Terminal 5 to terminal 2 where the hotel located . I am handicapped I didn’t know it would that far walking. I recommend if you are handicapped take a taxi from terminal 5 to terminal 2. Overall the hotel is excellent.

I paid almost £165 to stay at Aerotel Heathrow ahead of my flight this morning. Upon first impressions, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities available to guests. However, the location of the hotel doesn't leave you with much choice in terms of things to do or places to eat and drink if you'll be staying at the hotel overnight. In addition, I was absolutely sickened to pull back the duvet to find hairs, stains and what looked like either blood or tomato-based food stains on the bedding. I ended up having to have my bedding changed at 1.15am - 1.30pm. The manager was very helpful and apologetic. She offered me a change of room but as I'd already unpacked and had a morning flight, this option didn't appeal to me. To top it off, the TV didn't work at all - the stream was lost - and not even the manager could get it working. Take my advice and stay at the Hilton Garden hotel instead. I will definitely be submitting a complaint about my experience at this hotel.

Great place to stay before a early flight of if you need to be in Heathrow. Stuff was very kind and helpful. I’ll be back.

Much needed rest was found at this hotel. Please note rates were significantly lower last minute, which was kind of a bummer, but the hotel was quiet and we appreciated the clean facilities!

Worst issue: Shower didn't drain. If I hadn't cut my shower short it would have flooded the whole room. Rooms small. Breakfast is just a bag of pre-packaged items.
