Overall feel dingy. Not what was relresented on the internet. Givenkey to room that was already occupied. Left hotel within 10 mi utes of arrival a d had to find another hotel at 10:00 at night.

Our room had a terrible musty oder. So did my parents room. They were non smoking rooms but it’s apparent they had been smoked in. I went to Walmart and bought Oder ban and frebreze which helped make it tolerable. Towels were dingy and had to ask for replacements. They never emptied our trash just replaced towels one day. Floors were kinda gross but bed was clean and comfy. Shower pressure was pitiful. Staff was extremely nice and breakfast area lobby were clean and the coffee was good. Will probably stay elsewhere next time I visit though.

I had to cancel my trip and comfort Inn would not give me my money back. Will never stayed another comfort Inn.

Need washcloths in rooms, no toilet bowl cover- no place to sit to dry off feet etc.

Place was well kept and very pleasant. I would highly recommend a stay there to anyone. Front desk lady was kind and professional.

Just had a great experience! From the time we walked in Melissa, the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with checking us in and answered any questions we had! We will definitely be staying here again!
