Beautiful hotel with terrible staff and service

Posted 15 Feb 2023 on Hotelsstayed one night, rooms are very specious, clean and confrotable, public area are very nice, very cosy and inviting. Spa at the hotel is great - enjoyed it treatment.
breakfast is very good. hotel is in middle of a beautiful forest, we loved the place.

Found bugs next to the beds. Hair in the towels. Linen is stained. Dirty everywhere. Literally everywhere, toothpaste and nail polish marks on the sink. And last but not least, the food is old and disgusting. Pls stay anyway!!

Our air conditioning didn’t work at night. Nobody was there to fix it or to change room. Couldn’t sleep at night, was too hot.
Breakfast was missing some elements like coffee beens for espresso or butter.
