It worked as a couple for a place to sleep. Comfy bed but the was room is dirty and had a strong scent to it like they were hiding a smell. Theres definitely things that need replacing.

we have a best rooms in hayward. we just open before 20 days ago. we also did not informed any complain from you. the smell is not to hide something. the rooms are new flooring, new furniture fixture and painted. the rooms are completely renovated. the rooms are super clean. so we did not understand what exactly problem you reported. i wish we could serve you better next time.

Room very nice esp the window shades were great no coffee or contl breakfast as advertised! Staff at night great mmanger sucked very unfriendly. Next door room tv blared untill 6 am mgr respond i wasnt here Hear

sorry for your inconvenience, we would happy if you will give us a chance to resolve this.we do not advertise a breakfast at our property so that is one of our reason for lower rate as well, we always tried to give a best service to our guest, and we are new management. I appreciate you about good feedback for our property but the something which is not related to property that is very hard for to control as well. but still we would happy to give you our special offers for your next reservation.

Pool area was awesome. Bedrooms seemed clean but run down. Worked good for a single guy

The person at the front desk was very kind; however, after walking into my room, that had been recently remodeled, I picked up my stuff, returned my key and found lodging in another place. The windows did not have locks on them. Being on the first floor this was not something I was willing to try and ignore. The side lock was pulled out of the door and not replaced. While the lock on the doorknob seemed to work, I was not willing to try and ignore it. I was offered a "different room" but was not going to try another room. The entire hotel appeared to be run down and not safe. The 100.00 I paid for the room was not returned because it was a "no cancellation" room. And honestly, I am okay with that.

I ordered a room with a jetted tub. I went to use the tub and black s$/t spewed out of the jets. The sink was plugged and they put a trash can under it to catch the water. They did know about it because when I checked in a woman claiming to be house Keeping knocked and said she left her rags there. Then reached under the sink and pulled some wet rags out and slid a trash can under. It was late when I found out about these conditions so I just went to bed. I would never recommend anyone stay here. I don’t think even roaches would care to stay there. Never ever again

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is extremely poorly managed and has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I pulled in, it was poorly lit and obviously under construction with the manager’s family treating it like their personal living/dining room. It smelled like old food and smoke, and no one bothered to greet me. Then, when I managed to get someone’s attention, they told me my reservation was canceled. I informed them that was incorrect because I hadn’t received any communication stating the reservation was canceled and they basically told me that was my problem and to find another place to stay. Absolutely no effort to make any concessions or help on their part means I will NEVER stay here or encourage anyone else to stay here. They do not deserve our business! Luckily Expedia has great customer service and refunded me my whole amount. I’m glad I booked through them!

When I showed up all the rooms were booked and they said I wasn't even in the reservation system!! I'm now calling around trying to find a room during one of the busiest weeks of the year in Hayward WI. I'm not a happy camper.
