Not the room I booked. Website says 2 queens and hid a bed couch. Hotel doesn’t have any rooms like that yet your website let me book a room with that. Hotel wouldn’t do anything. Very disappointed with the room and staff

We were unable to stay because the corporate office changed their policy on pets. The pet in our group was over the weight limit. There was no indication on the website indicating anything other than pet friendly.

The room I was assigned had a vent to the hallway fan, and I couldn't turn it off, which meant I heard it all night though I was wearing ear plugs. The Desk Clerk came and checked it but couldn't do anything about it either. That was really annoying.
