No cover on outlet, few outlet, broken toilet seat, Water smelled, next to sewage plant. It looks like they are remodeling.

Thank you for posting your stay review and I apologized for any inconvenience you went through during your stay. But it look like you might be reviewing wrong hotel. We are not remodeling and we are nowhere close to any kind of plants. Also we have all kind of outlet above the night stand . We have regular outlet, USB charger and C charger on both side of beds. All these outlets are open and accessible. We do not plug anything on it nor they are hidden behind night stand. We will still check everything in our room. We hope to see you soon. The room smelled good and fresh upon entering, an unusual but appreciated trait in a hotel room. Bed sheets were clean and crisp. I could tell room had been cleaned and care taken to provide a clean experience.
The only negative things I noted were it could use door sweeps, as light from hallway brightened up the room at night, and a few things like a hole in wall behind toilet, but those cosmetic things, especially in an older building can be expected.
What was most important to me and I liked best was the smell and cleanliness of the room which was top notch.
Great place to stay for a quick night on our cross country trip.- good job, Econolodge!

The general manager tried to be nice, so that was the positive however there were unclean beds with hair, nail clippings and dirty cup marks on the tables. It was a disgusting experience
