Wonderful hotel and lovely staff. Very well maintained. My only gripes are that if there is a function on, there will be music playing until midnight. We had to ask for it to be quietened down which the staff tried to remedy almost immediately and things were better.
There isnt a reception phone in the room and no fridge. Apart from that it is a wonderful place and the onsite pub is lovely. We will be back.

Welcoming and friendly staff, family room was spacious with a proper bath, good quality and selection at breakfast, would use again and as a bonus had a pokestop.

Friendly and helpful staff and excellent food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The only faults were: the shampoo bottle in the shower was impossible for me to use, as I have weak wrists. I had to call my partner in to squeeze the bottle and even he found it difficult. It would be impossible for someone with arthritis to use. Also, we could not reduce the temperature of the radiator, It was either hot or cold.
