Our unit is ocean facing and spacious. The unit needs some upgrades but is worth the money. After hour checking is smooth.

Front desk communication when we checked in should have been better in advising us to park in the garage, use luggage trolleys and elevator to get our 3 suitcases to the 6th floor. From the parking lot in front of the reception, you need to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to the elevator. Later, when our toilet backed up and overflowed on to the floor, it took 3 calls (1.5 hours of vacation time) before maintenance arrived.
This is an older property with no air conditioning but does have multiple fans. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Kitchen had basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils, but was not well stocked (oil, spices, foil, plastic wrap, zip lock bags, ect) and gave us the impression that no one ever “cooked”.

Poor management

Ample space, clean with nice decor. Good location near beaches and a restaurant. Sidewalk great for walking. Front desk courteous
