Check in was a nightmare, rooms and linens were dirty. Hallways were dirty.

I already wrote a review about the check in. It was awful. We were travelling with a baseball team, it took an hour and a half to get just my one room checked in after they finally found my reservation. The first night, the man at the front desk recorded us with his cell phone while we were visiting in the parking lot, the room had a mold smell, the man at the front desk was very rude, the one other woman that I had an encounter with was nice and pleasant, there was no housekeeping. I don’t care so much about my bed being made and room being cleaned, but they didn’t come around and do as little as empty garbages. The breakfast was awful, I think they cooked hash browns and sausages in the crockpots that they serve out of. It was all soggy. Very limited options for breakfast. Pretty unhappy with this place all in all.

Water was contaminated and we were not told until right after we paid for our room. Staff seemed relatively in knowledgeable about the hotel in general. Very limited breakfast that felt dirty.

Dirty, smelly, shows up on Apple Maps as permanently closed. No irons or ironing boards available in the rooms, nor at the front desk or laundry area.
