Front desk starts long conversation with customers and everyone else is waiting really long to get checked in/ out

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Overall enjoyable stay. Could use another chair or loveseat in room. Coffee machine in lobby was not the greatest.

Nice hotel over all. Some amenities like jetted tub was broken. Breakfast was simple cereal, bagels and waffles. No eggs or meats. Like most hotels.

Have stayed at this hotel many times since it was built.. roughly 20 years. Its just gone down hill. Noisy part was next room occupants started arguing at 6:00 AM.

Good for a quick stay while passing through the area. TV didn’t work. Room had a strange smell. Floors were dirty. Beds were comfortable though. Breakfast was basic but expected.

We have stayed here several times. One of the rooms (we had 6) had bed bugs. They changed rooms for us but after sleeping in it one night. This is the only time we have had this issue

This was a quick stay price was fine but they advertised a pool and it was not open. We request a late check out but the person forgot to note it and we were woken up asking about check out due to no one letting morning staff know.
