Great place to stay in Havelberg. Owner and staff all incredibly friendly and attentive.

Nice hotel, there's room for improvment

I've stayed for 4 nights. During the stay, the rooms were not cleaned nor attended to. there was no A/C in the room.
Breakfast begins at 07:00, thus there were some days I didn't have the chance to have breakfast but was charged for.
The reception closes at 22:00 no one to attends afterward..

Pros: Everything
Cons: General food and beverage service
Great hotel with wonderful modern comfy bedrooms and shower rooms, lovely views, great position on edge of town but easy walk to Cathedral. Lots of steps to bedrooms etc so you need to be able for the external bedroom block! Only issue we had was rather off service on first night in the restaurant due to the fact there was insufficient staff available to deal with a busy restaurant. This was a management issue not really the young girls who were under great pressure but the food was very good. Would definately recommend and go back myself.
