Appalling Service, stay away.
Posted 29 Jan 2020 on HotelsWhen we arrived we were told there was an issue with the toilets and could not check in to the villa. This was after a long flight at 9pm!! Whilst waiting, other guests arrived that told us they had booked the villa and were allowed in!! Clearly these people are con artists. Took over an hour to cancel and rebook a hotel in Havana. Ruined our holiday. Do NOT book at any cost.

Villa espectacular, realmente disfrute mucho de la estancia y sus comodidades. El trato recibido tanto por Ernesto, como por Camila fue espectacular, cuidando cada pequeño detalle para que todo esté al gusto del cliente. Sin duda repetiré en mi próxima visita a La Habana
