This property was nothing short of amazing!! The hosts Robert and Maite were awesome. The room was clean and the hosts were a tremendous help to us. If I ever return then I’ll definitely book this hotel again.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel
Posted 12 Mar 2024 on HotelsMayte and staff were excellent, very friendly and more than helpful with any questions or advice. Was an Oasis and quiet sanctuary from a day on Havana's streets. Beautiful room with 20 foot ceilings and quiet Air con.
Highly recommend and 1 block off the Malecon.

Posted 11 Mar 2024 on HotelsReally enjoyed this Boutique hotel after 3 weeks traveling in Cuba. Great rooftop terrace., excellent room and lovely staff. I’d like to single out Mayte , a Beautiful lady who gets things done and has a super calm aura.. Roberto is lovely too . Highly recommended . Thanks for my stay !

We did not know what to expect in Cuba. As our first hosts the Blanc Bleu was wonderful suggesting sites, restaurants, and things to do. In addition they helped with money exchange and transportation to other towns and helping us connect with others to help us on our trip. Clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay in a good, safe area to walk and see the sites of both old and new Havana. Fantastic.

Linda casa com terraço no coração de Havana Centro
Posted 6 Mar 2024 on HotelsA casa é belíssima, com um terraço cinematográfico, e foi um prazer ficar dois dias nela, em nossa volta a Havana depois de ter passado algum tempo em Havana Velha e em outras partes de Cuba. O apartamento é limpo, banheiro excelente. O café da manhã é cobrado a parte, e caro comparado aos outros que tivemos em Cuba, mas é conveniente e servido no maravilhoso terraço. A localização é boa por ser próxima ao Malecón. Como toda Havana Centro as ruas são sujas e as opções de comer são caras demais para o que oferecem. É uma ótima opção, com ressalvas. Tivemos dificuldade em achar o lugar porque NÃO É UM HOTEL, é uma casa que aluga quartos, e perguntamos para pessoas na rua pelo hotel a toa. Quando identificamos a casa (que passamos direto por não ser um hotel) toquei a campainha diversas vezes porque o taxista já estava com pressa pra ir embora e precisávamos confirmar se era ali, e ainda tive que ouvir reclamação na entrada por ter tocado a campainha várias vezes. Talvez se houvesse sinalização adequada ou um aviso aqui de que não é um hotel, eu não tivesse ficado nessa situação. Mas o atendimento foi educado e nos deram todas as informações necessárias, passado esse choque inicial consideramos que fomos bem atendidos. No segundo dia outro recepcionista tentou nos vender jantar com show, sendo que já estávamos há duas semanas em Cuba, exaustos de lidar com pessoas tentando vender esse tipo de coisa, não precisávamos disso dentro do nosso local de descanso.

Hello Anonymous,It’s good to know you liked the house and you found it clean and beautiful. Our house is listed as a Boutique hotel but in the description it clearly says it’s a Colonial house! So I’m really sorry you didn’t read the description and also, I you missed the house address which is on the same description. This is the first time a guest says that couldn’t find the house. Also, we don’t try to sell anything, we offer tours and recommend our guests where to go or what to do. So sorry you got the impression we were trying to sell you something. The majority of our guests arrive asking for recommendations so we offer as much advice as possible. Likewise the hotels that offer a variety of services we intend to offer our guests the best service. Thank you for staying at Blanc Blue 1924.
