Pictures online vs. in person were completely different. The downstairs lobby was nice and clean but as we headed to our room on the 2nd floor I noticed it looked dated. Our room was decent, but had dust on some furniture. Carpet was worn terribly down hallway and in the room.
The first night of our stay the whole 2nd floor smelled like marijuana including our room (this is a non smoking facility.)
We needed to use the laundry facilities to wash baseball jerseys and they were not clean. Trash, dryer sheets, lint, etc. on the floor.
There was nowhere to sit outside and enjoy coffee or just step outside for a breath of fresh air (all of the chairs were gone.)
Staff was friendly.
I give the hotel 3 stars.

Check in and service was great. However, after a long day of traveling we just wanted to rest and get some sleep. The room right above us on the 2nd floor had a bunch of kids running around, jumping, bouncinf off the walls like crazy. We had room 105.

The property was well organized and taken cared of with its outside appearance and the courtyard. The parking lot was well maintained and it was not a problem with security.

There was rust on the bathroom wall by the tub, and what appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the shower. There was no batteries in the smoke alarm. The was something covered with what appeared to be toilet paper right beside the smoke alarm. The coffee maker was in the bathroom.
