The spa was closed and the outdoor tub in our suite did not look clean. Also, the pool was closed. We were not told this when we booked and I specifically asked around 1pm when I tried to check in early and was told to ask again at check in (at 3pm when it was too late to cancel. This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good.

Wonderful Stay Again!
Posted 2 Feb 2022 on HotelsThis was my second stay at the Live Max Miyahama Resort. I was running late and going to miss dinner. The reception called me to ask if I was going to make it. The dining room even stayed open an addition 30 minutes for me to finish eating. Very kind and professional establishment!
Will keep coming back!

値段の割に大浴場が普通(リゾート感がなかった)
夜のバイキングがもうちょっとリッチかな〜と思っていた。
朝のバイキングの方が満足でした。
