I booked this hotel for my mom to stay for 5 days 4 nights. She absolutely enjoyed her stay and the breakfast buffet was amazing according to her. She also mentioned that the location was centralized but away from the bustling side so she had very peaceful and quiet rest at night. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and making my mom so happy throughout her stay. 😊

Placed towels on rack to be reused but they were replaced anyway. Need to be more eco friendly!

Comfortable beds. Not enough pillows, should have 2 pillows each bed. Convenient location. Bellboy/concierge very helpful Thank you for your service

I ok in overall and cleaning staff are fine abd polite. Is my 2nd time stay so all is acceptable however, I'm not comfortable why they can't pass me 2 access cards but only one and also have to charge me if I request to check out at 1pm during the last day, during my 1st stay earlier I check out at 7am but didn't ask for refund right?

Normally, the check-out time is by 12.00 and 10-15 minutes late is acceptable for us but in case of the fully booked rooms for the next arrival guests might cause some charge.
