Happy Hat Yai
Posted 6 Jul 2023 on HotelsThe hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is good too. It was a walking distance to the Asean Market, Diana Mall and JT square.

Staff other than front desk have very limited English skills. Breakfast is Asian heavy. Good fruit

Very enjoyable stay in Hat Yai
Posted 29 Mar 2023 on HotelsI really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and the room allocated very nice. All of the staff I encountered were all extremely helpful and courteous particular they young girl in the restaurant who was very patient and helpful when I was selecting different things to try.👍 I used the swimming pool which was excellent and gym which is very small. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the main town centre but the Diana shopping centre is only 5 minutes walk away and has a good selection of shops and food outlets.

Location is great. The room cleanliness was okay, but the room is quite old. Breakfast was a la carte due to COVID19 pandemic so not too many customers at the hotel. Hotel was quiet and safe. Overall was okay for me.
