"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. "The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. The staff helped us forward our luggage to Kyoto. We chose the breakfast option, which was great since most cafes in Tokyo don't open until 10 or 11 AM. The breakfast buffet was definitely the standout of our stay. We loved all the different options available and even looked forward to breakfast & trying out new foods. I was also a big fan of the complimentary coffee, tea, & water available. The rooms were a good size and included personal washer & dryers. The hotel was very modern and clean. My only small concern is that the hotel is near Tokyo's redlight district (which I didn't know until after I booked the hotel), but you can completely avoid that area. This was not at all a problem for us. We thought the location of the hotel was helpful, especially when we had tours departing from Shinjuku station since it was a short-ish walk away."
