Housekeeping did not resupply the room very well. Some items were not replaced daily.

We were only here late at night and left again early in the morning, but we were treated very good. The rooms were great and the breakfast was amazing.

Management very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and clean for my Grandkids to swim

Chose hotel because of pool. Water was terrible cold actually unbearable for toddlers. At around 2 in morning party happening very loud couldn’t sleep.

Upon arriving the staff that checked us in was efficient, kind and helpful. Made sure we had water to take to our room and informed us of all the amenities. The property is in a great location, clean and quiet. I love to walk and it is near Hastings Lake which has a beautiful walking trail around it. There are multiple restaurants with in walking distance and ample parking. The breakfast was hot, had multiple options and was good. We had a pleasant stay.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in so they gave us a different one. The bathroom sink had coffee in it and the floor had what looked like coffee droplets. It was very noisy above us and the air conditioner had a hissing noise. We have stayed there multiple times and this was the first time we had the problems.
