The manager/owner, Wendy, is friendly and helpful. The area, fronting the sea, is seedy. If driving, you should use the secured underground park.

The landlady was really inviting and everything was fine except that I didn't put that I struggle with stairs! There aren't any rooms on the ground floor. My fault for not selecting the option on your search. The hotel next door was boarded up, so this gave a bad impression of the area.

Had a great stay at Alexander's. Room was tidy and clean, and staff were very friendly and responsive. Will stay again.
