Call to check before buying
Posted 12 Jan 2020 on HotelsWe nearly booked somewhere else that was half the price, but noticed there were no towels included, and it wasn't a comfortable choice for our honeymoon. We saw that Vallee had: a sauna, a FIREPLACE, and free wifi... so we paid twice the price.
No sauna (it was locked), no fireplace, TV barely worked, it was quite cold, and no curtains in our bedroom = very bright night and less sleep. and... only 250 mb of internet for free... no mention of this beforehand.
We were out hiking in the mornings, and there was no one to complain to (no wifi), and they closed at 5 pm. Since we were on a short holiday (3 nights), we chose to complain at checkout. They could have offered some compensation, but just received a small apology and excuses for the sauna/fireplace/wifi. Then we stood in the cold for 30 minutes to find our directions for the next place. Usually, you receive something back in a way of food/drink/refund. Should have booked the other place, it was the same in terms of amenities but half price!

The overall experience was good, ideal for a relaxing time. Really cozy bungalow, cleaning was satisfactory but not great. Disappointed that we needed to do the beds ourselves and that no towels or extra toilet paper provided.

we hadden een kapotte boiler en douche kraan dus dat is wat minder maar een prachtig huisje met ruim servies lekkere broodjes service leuke eet gelegenheid mooie rustige omgeving

Gezellig ingerichte en schone accommodatie, zeer complete keukeninventaris.
Mooie ligging op prachtig park te midden van de natuur.
