Kept in the Dark

sent me reminders about my upcoming stay, none of which mentioned the entrance and reception was closed so we wandered around in the dark trying to get in. they put little to no effort into overcoming the issues around maintenance work & met several guests wandering round wondering where things were and how to get to things. oh and a light fitting fell off, but I couldn't be bothered to go through the hassle of complaining.

The hotel rooms were basic for what i thought was supposed to be a higher end hotel chain.
Breakfast room was too packed and difficult to find a table. Inadequate number of staff on duty in there. Chef seemed unwilling to make omletes and when it came out it looked like scrambled eg

Radisson Blu never fails to impress

My 3rd stay here this year, had a low grade room this time, other than the couple next door having the session of their life, it was great. all you need, well appointed, staff are very helpful, parking is easy, access to town is effortless. Will return again for sure
