Our family enjoyed staying here close to Banff. Communication with the host was easy. There were two very nice grills, outdoor seating area and fire pit right outside the door. Our unit was on the first floor but would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to access. We would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful and convenient location for a Banff vacation. Rooms are clean and well kept. Would highly recommend for anyone that is planning a Banff National park vacation.

The accommodation was fine but definitely showing some age. Check in was contactless. Recieved a text from staff seeing how everything was in our 1st hour of arrival. Responded that there was issues with the toilets. I tried calling the number no answer. 3 hours latter i got a call back.seeing if we would survive. No effort or offer to back things better. And then in the morning there was a drone flying around the property at the height of the upper windows. Which was concerning considering the windows in the showers have no covering.
