Upon entering our non-smoking room, we were greeted with an overwhelming smell of stale cigarettes. There were cigarette burns all over the bath tub, the towels were musty and full of yellowish stains, there was someone’s used bandaid in the dresser, the vents were covered in black lint, the hair dryer was coated in dirt from not being cleaned. The blankets, pillows, and sheets were ALL dirty with stains, one pillow looked like it was drug across the floor by a dirty shoe, as it had black dirt stains. The “secure doors” that require a key card, were never secured and anyone could walk into the building. There was a group of men slamming Coronas in the parking lot, with empty bottles everywhere. And there was a pile of pee stained mattresses welcoming us as we were directed to walk into through the back side door. Absolutely abominable. Do yourself a favor, spend an extra $100 and go one town over and you won’t have to park next to a truck riddled with bullet holes.
