The staff was very nice. Thats the only nice thing I can say about this place. We almost decided to just sleep in the car.

Good all round place to stay. Decent breakfast, like the staff. Starting to have some facility issues like pool tiles missing, elevator down, hopefully just temporary because we stay there several times a year.

The a/c made a lot of noise going on and off all through the night, the elevator stopped working and I was on the 3rd floor. Difficult to walk up and down stairs with baggage. The coffee was stale at 530 am and the breakfast on Sunday was not all that.

The overall stay on the property was good but the property does need updating for the cost. We had to go up and down the stairs because the elevator stopped working. Very inconvenient!

Excellent customer service. However, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. The commode was still soiled. I sanitized and cleaned with my own products.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It is conveniently located only one block from a small bodega. There are several restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would stay again.
