My room was not cleaned promptly. The desk had crumbs, the directory binder was sticky & greasy, and I discovered on my last day that the coffee cups next to the coffee machine was a ready used. The property was quiet, and the breakfast was good though. The in-room microwave & refrigerator was a plus though.

After a rather inhospitable front desk experience and late check-in, upon finally maneuvering the parking garage and getting up to the room found a dark hallway and, once inside there was no lightbulb in the bathroom and the coffee maker on the desk was spewing hot water all over. Tried to get a refund at the front desk and told to work through Expedia

I’m impressed with the convenience of the hotel .we were there for a concert it was 4 minutes walking from the Xl center .right on the center of the action the statel house right across the street the best part of the hotel for me it’s the staff .very helpful

The hotel towels were the only downside as they were rather small and only two for our room...Seriously a problem for me as I wash my hair everyday. There was no one to deliver any to my room that evening, but we could call for some after 8 AM the next day. Unfortunately we needed to get going early so waiting until 8 was not an option. There are dining options but you mostly have to drive to them. Since we arrived rather late...8 pm or so, we ran out of time to go anywhere other than around the block! Luckily we discovered The Russell, a Jamaican restaurant. They were about to close due to lack of customers, but took our order as a carry-out. It was the most AMAZING meal. Highly recommend it, but check ahead to be sure they're still open. It's a beautiful restaurant, so we would have enjoyed dining in, but at least we got a fabulous meat!

Friendly staff, convenient self parking, great walkable central location. Appreciated the refrigerator, microwave, shower pressure and plentiful hot water. Didn’t have an opportunity to try breakfast. 12pm checkout was appreciated. The hotel is somewhat dated though and several guests had issues with room key cards/entry into rooms. I would stay again for the location and convenience.
