Our rooms AC was not working and when we presented this to the manager, we were meet with resistance even though we had pictures and videos to prove that the AC uint was not working properly.

We were charged 642$ for one night, which in itself was exorbitant for Hartford but we did not an option as it was graduation weekend at Trinity college. For 642$ a night you would expect the facility to be clean. The carpet in the room was old and looked unclean. The bathroom had not been updated and the drain did not work! For that price you would expect the place to have been modern, updated and be very clean. We were running late so did mug get a chance to discuss these issues with the staff. Very dissatisfied with the stay given the price we paid for a night. We are loyal Hilton Homors members but this was very disappointing.

The hotel on 3-12-2024 completed a 100% renovation to every guest room and replaced all guest rooms with modern up to date furnishings etc. Our rates are based on the hotel and market demand etc. With graduations, weddings, concerts and events at the connected XL center, we are confident that our rates are in line with the market based on being a downtown property. Hotel was very nice and well kept when I was staying there. Staff was very nice and attentive when multiple people were lined up. They offered us cookies and my son a little rubber ducky. Room was immaculate when we arrived. Pool and fitness area was a very big plus!

Very convenient stay for the evening since we had concert tickets at the XL center. You can go into the XL center from inside the hotel. Room was clean and bed was cozy.

Loved how convenient it was to walk straight to the XL Center for a concert with a private access avoiding the crowd!
