Poor state of Villa Paradiso

we were disappointed (my partner and I) that we could not watch the News on TV (403,404 or 405) because the TV did not have DSTV and we reported that to the receptionist and he promised to send someone to come and help us which never happened until our departure.

The water taps were not working properly. The most disappointing is that restaurant called Black Fox inside the hotel. The restaurant owner is abusive and rude. They have almost spoiled our vacation. Will never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

Horrible
Posted 15 Jan 2020 on HotelsMy stay was disappointing, rooms had old furniture, noisy aircons, dirty swimming pool, mosquitoes. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least not variety at all. Would not go there even if it's the last place. We could not get Iron and iron G board to our rooms and were told to go iron in the boardroom if we want to iron.
