The guest contacted us and clearly the room was not presented correctly . He understood that he would stay in a cottage but instead had been allocated a single guest room. This is most unfortunate but sadly we were fully booked and could not offer an alternative.

I liked everything, the staff was great, the food was very good, the room was excellent (especially the bath tub), the safari was lots of fun, (especially touching the elephants), the gift shop was great too. Most of all though I liked the Wild at Heart setting.

Posted 20 Dec 2020 on HotelsThe house keeper was very nice and helpfull. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. But the manager gave us a different feeling, he never made us feel welcome over the phone and did not have good customer service skills.
