Everything was perfect for our stay, fantastic location for visiting bette’s & The Ivy. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very tired and in need of upgrade our room 320 was very noisy at night and early in the morning from bins being emptied as no double glazing but room was very clean but laked seating area in the room restaurant and staff was exellent and would recomend eating there.

We had to wait untill after 3pm to check-in.. we arrived at 2.30 but had to wait..
The Wi-Fi was no good from our Room it was non existent .. but our room was lovely & clean

The property was clean tidy and had a great atmosphere. Check in was easy the staff were friendly.
Location was great.

Very polite friendly staff in reception and also the attached Pickled Sprout restaurant. Breakfast was good room was clean and tidy and lounge was very nice and relaxing. Great location very close to the train station.

City centre convenience. Hotel very good and staff friendly.
Found that restaurant area was lacking in its menu and despite a discount for residents it was more expensive than other local facilities

Good for a short break, nice hotel .
Pickled Sprout food & drink very good.
Breakfast even better up in the Sky Bar, lovely stay we'll be back.

Stayed for lunch - was very nice. Breakfast nice too. Room was far too hot and was no way to turn down heating
