Immediately had allergy/sinus flare-up. Tried two rooms without remedy. Had to leave and find another motel. Rachel at the desk was understanding and helpful.

Unfortunately we clean all the rooms with the same chemicals unless we get notification from the guest before they arrive. Only then will we clean the room with less fragrant chemical. Breakfast was 30 minutes late due to a lack of staff. $3 charge for parking in an open lot is not normal for a hotel like this.

Thank you for taking a moment to leave us some feedback. We are sorry to hear breakfast started a little late but as you can imagine, we cannot control if an employee does not show up. Our front desk jumped right in to the breakfast area and got it opened as soon as he was able to while working the front desk. I know he worked very hard to make sure all the guest in the hotel was taken care of. Again I apologize one of our team members did not show up the morning you were here. Given an occupied room at check-in. Got a different room, woke up at 0100 to a stranger standing over us. No resolution. No response from management that night, or after the stay. Their room assignment system is terrible, key system is terrible, the Management experience was terrible. The Bartender is awesome. Keep that guy. The Evening Supervisor was kind and concerned for our sake, but powerless to help. Don't recommend.

This was an isolated incident. We had our IT dispatched as soon as this happened and our key software was fixed right away. We did end up removing over 300.00 from your stay for the last night. Again I am terribly sorry this happened I can assure you it was addressed immediately. I hope you give us another opportunity to show you that we cannot only meet but exceed your expectations. The pool was closed due to cleaning, That was a big reason why we picked the hotel while visiting Hershey. They did offer use of the pool next door but it was small and the water was cloudy. There was a damp smell to our room when we 1st arrived but it could have been from the AC. The staff was great and attentive, the kids loved the room. I’d stay here again when in the area.

There are times after busy days that the pool needs closed to clean it due to the high volume of guest and dirt, make up, and sweat make the water cloudy.
