Horrible check in process. Was told parking was free/included. She handed me a 25 dollar coupon that only lasts 24 hours. Room not like pictures. Staff unfriendly and rude. Room keys didn’t work

Overall clean, convenient, pleasant staff. The only glitch was with breakfast. It was the weekend the place was packed. If you didn't get to breakfast early it was slim pickings. Not even coffee one morning.

Great bed and bathroom Need more lights in couch area.

Really need to improve cleanliness. And the bed was awful. Terrible sleep as there was no support and I felt the springs. The Stagg was very professional, friendly, and accommodating

Lily at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful s clean. Great stay for me and my kids.
