Upon arrival we were told that the hotels computer system had been down all day and they could not assist us with a room. They could not give us any information and were unwilling and actually rude. We had to get another hotel and I am still waiting for Hilton to respond to my request for a refund. Unbelievable how bad customer service is at Hilton.

Clean room, but the bathroom could use a face lift. The AC was very loud, which made it a bit hard to sleep comfortably.

I stayed in this hotel on the holiday weekend in May. The cost of the room was very high and I was shocked to learn that breakfast was not included. I was initially impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. It was dated but in very good condition. The room was very clean and well maintained, however the heating/air conditioning unit fan was very noisy and could not be turned off. I contacted the desk and was told it would go off automatically. Since the fan did not stop all night it resulted in a very poor night’s sleep. When we checked out I reported my concern to the staff at the desk. She said she would speak to her supervisor who would follow up. After I returned home I made three phone calls, had assurances that I would be called but have not had any follow up.

Check in process was easy, staff was pleasant and helpful. The building was clean and tidy. Great service!
